Reporting a bug

The tool runs entirely in your browser, so browser and platform differences are the usual cause of problems. Including these makes a report actionable:

• Your browser and version, and your operating system or phone model
• The image format and roughly how large the file was
• What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
• Any error message shown on the page

Please do not attach confidential images. A description of the problem is enough, and if a specific image is genuinely needed, say so and we will work out a safe way to reproduce it.

Feature requests

Welcome, especially with the use case attached — knowing what you were trying to accomplish is more useful than the feature name. Requests that keep the tool fast and free of signups get priority.

Response time

This is a small independent project, so replies usually take a few days rather than a few hours.
